We offer a 30 day trial period with all of our light boxes. You may return the product within 30 days if you are not satisfied with the results. Once the item is returned and processed, you will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Be sure to read our policy in it's entirety. We reserve the right to refuse a return if all return policy conditions are not met.

Please note that the 30 day trial does NOT extend to light bulbs, books, or other accessories. These auxiliary items are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your item, please make sure to keep all the original packaging. In the event of a return, sending it it back in the original packaging will reduce the possibility of damage. Any product returned damaged will be your responsibility. A 25% restocking fee may be charged on any item that is not returned in it's original packaging with all manuals included. Please contact us so we may give you the proper address to return the item. Also be sure to return the product via a method that is traceable such as UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns after the 30 day trial period has past. If a return is accepted after the trial period, you may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
